Services
Tech Made Easy provides in-home technology support. We aim to resolve issues and provide guidance, but outcomes can depend on hardware, software, and third-party services.
Booking and fees
Appointment availability and pricing are agreed in advance by phone or via the booking provider. Any payments handled by a third-party booking provider are subject to their terms.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give as much notice as possible by phone. Missed appointments may be chargeable.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about the issue and devices.
- Ensure access to equipment, accounts, and necessary passwords.
- Back up important data before any troubleshooting.
Liability
We take care with your devices and data. We are not responsible for issues caused by pre-existing faults, third-party services, or circumstances outside our control.
